RESONATE: Adoration to Action
About this event
Join us for our Monthly Diocesan Young Adult’s Mass, situated in the sacred and historical crypt hidden beneath Westminster Cathedral followed by Resonate.
Come along to celebrate Holy Mass led by our youth chaplain Fr Francis, and for the opportunity to meet like-minded young Catholics.
Join us at Resonate for an inspiring evening with Caritas Westminster, part of the worldwide Caritas family, as we explore the journey from prayer to action. Drawing upon Scripture and Catholic Social Teaching, discover opportunities to serve within your community and how ordinary acts of love can become part of Christ’s mission.
From Adoration to Action: Living Faith through service.
What happens after we say “Amen” ?
Prayer is where mission begins, but it is not where it ends. A true encounter with God transforms how we see the world and moves us to respond to those in need.
Whether you are passionate about tackling injustice, helping those in need, making a change in the world or simply have no idea where to begin or know what is out there? Discover practical ways to use your gifts to serve your community and make a genuine difference.
Come ready not only to pray for change, but to be a part of that change!
Caritas is the Catholic Church’s global family of charitable organisations, serving people in need across more than 200 countries and territories. As part of the wider mission Caritas Westminster is the charitable and social action agency for the Diocese of Westminster. It serves people affected by poverty, disability, isolation and exploitation while supporting parishes, schools and volunteers to put their faith into action. It’s mission is to uphold the dignity of every person, respond to practical needs and build communities rooted in love, justice and solidarity.
