Join us on Saturday 21st November to explore advent. The season of hope, which is a time to nurture peace and experience joy, in anticipation for the love that is made incarnate with the birth of Jesus.
God created you to flourish. Are you flourishing this year? As you look to Christmas are you confident that what you have planned is going to help you and those you love to flourish? If not, it is time to adjust the plan. It is time for some fun, healthy, serious, light-hearted, profound, and bold routines, rituals, and traditions.
Routines, rituals, and traditions play a powerful role in human flourishing. The season of Advent is a wonderful time to establish or re-establish some routines, rituals, and traditions.
We will explore the hope of Christmas and how you can carry that hope into fulfilling God’s dreams for your life.

11:15 Walk throughout the countryside of the Monastic Estate
12:30 We will join the Benedictine Monks for Midday Prayer

14:15 Guided Adoration: What are God’s dreams for your life?
15:15 Debrief of the day with Tea, Coffee, & Biscuits
16:00 Finish

This retreat is for people aged between 25 and 40 years old.
