A&B Young Adult Retreat Day- Arundel Cathedral

Part of our Young Adult Retreat series: "You also are my witnesses, because you have been with me" (Jn 15:27). Pope Leo XIV's message for the 40th World Youth Day.
Young Adults (18-35) from across the UK are invited to join the Youth team from Arundel and Brighton Diocese for a Retreat Day at Arundel Cathedral on Saturday 23rd January 2027.
This retreat day will focus on the theme of Hope:
'So do not be discouraged: like the saints, you too are called to persevere with hope, especially in the face of difficulties and obstacles.' Pope Leo XIV's message for the 40th World Youth Day.
Join us and guest speakers for a powerful one-day retreat — a sacred opportunity to encounter Jesus, the Prince of Peace. Come as you are, bringing your fears, joys, struggles, and hopes before Him in an atmosphere of prayer, worship, and openness.
A jam-packed day of prayer, formation, friendship, and fun as together we seek to become people of hope in a world marked by conflict and uncertainty. Rooted in Christ, we will discover the courage to persevere with faith, trusting that His love is stronger than fear and His light shines even in the darkest places. As we encounter Him, we pray to be renewed with resilient hearts, steadfast hope, and an apostolic fire that empowers us to bring peace, joy, and the hope of the Gospel to a world that longs for it.

Participants are very welcome to join Parish Mass at 5pm, with social time at a local pub to follow.
