Our Mission
Catholic Events exists to make it easier to find and participate in authentic Catholic life.
For many people, discovering Catholic community is harder than it should be. Vibrant talks, retreats, prayer groups, formation events, and local gatherings are happening all the time - but too often they are scattered across parish newsletters, WhatsApp groups, Instagram posts, and word of mouth. That means many people never find the communities and events that could help them grow in faith.
We started Catholic Events because we experienced this problem ourselves.
After years in London, we saw how powerful real Catholic community could be - and how invisible it often was to the people looking for it. Once you discover it, everything changes. Faith becomes more lived, friendships deepen, and the Church feels more alive. But no one should have to stumble across that world by accident.
Our mission is to strengthen the Catholic community by making it dramatically easier for people to discover authentic Catholic events and communities that help them grow in faith.
For Organisers Too
Catholic Events is not only for attendees. We are also co-operating with and building tools for parishes, ministries, chaplaincies, retreat centres, and Catholic organisations to promote and manage their events more effectively.
Our goal is to help organisers spend less time battling fragmented systems and more time building thriving communities. By making event publishing, registrations, communication, and discovery easier, we hope to support the people already doing the work of evangelisation and community-building on the ground.
